House Rules

Leaving the rental clean is appreciated.

Fire Pit Use & Safety

If using the fire pit, please check local fire restrictions first. All fire use is your responsibility.

Smoking Policy

No smoking inside. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas—please dispose of cigarette butts properly to prevent fire risk.

Smoking Fee

Smoking inside the property will result in a $300 cleaning fee and/or removal from the property.

Check-in: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Guest Policy

All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests may result in a $150 per guest, per night fee and/or removal from the property.

Pet Policy

While we love animals, Serenity at Cox Creek is not able to accommodate pets at this time. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests.

No Parties or Events

Parties or events are not permitted. Violations may result in a $1,500 fee and/or removal from the property.

Age Requirement

Primary renter must be 21 years or older. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
